With over a decade of experience as an automation engineer, Amr has worked across pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, water treatment, mining, and nuclear power in multiple countries. He specializes in PLC and SCADA systems, with a track record of designing and validating automation solutions that meet strict safety and regulatory standards.
Now focused on AI and digital transformation in industrial systems, he is currently pursuing his thesis on optimizing HVAC energy consumption using Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL).

Sumanth has over ten years of experience in implementing data science, artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions in both academic and industrial settings. Over the last five years, he has contributed significantly to development of AI/Data science solutions across a wide variety of industries, such as rail safety/transportation, histopathology and marketing. At Sperry rail, Sumanth was part of the data science team within the digital innovation practice to implement Neural Networks.
He has also published in journals such as Nature and IEEE.
